Psychiatric manifestations of pheochromocytoma—
a rare disease in which a tumor causes the adrenal medulla
to overproduce epinephrine and norepinephrine hormones—
are usually limited to anxiety states. We report a patient who
presented with paranoid psychosis as the only manifestation
of pheochromocytoma long before pheochromocytoma was
