Sir: Pseudoseizures may often occur in patients with epilepsy.1 We describe a patient in whom true seizures and pseudoseizures always occurred together.

Case report: Ms. A, a 45-year-old woman, was referred with a 3- to 4-year history of pseudoseizures.​
