Introducing JCP Weekly

The Journal of Clinical Psychiatry has long taken pride in publishing important, often cutting-edge research and reviews to help our audience of CNS health care providers stay abreast of the latest findings.

We are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of JCP Weekly, an online enhancement to JCP. Beginning in July, new articles will be published at PSYCHIATRIST.COM each week, ensuring a continual flow of evidence-based information to guide your daily practice. In essence, our new electronic offering will expand our publication cycle from 12 to 52 times per year. This model will capitalize on the immediacy of electronic delivery platforms while maintaining the high standards of quality and accuracy that are JCP’s hallmark.

This initiative is a logical continuation of our increasing online presence. In fact, did you know that in the first quarter of 2017 alone, 2 CME articles, 3 review articles, and 18 original research articles were available only on our website, PSYCHIATRIST.COM? If you haven’ t done so already, be sure to sign up for Elerts at psychiatrist.com/elerts to receive notifications when new online offerings are posted.

In conjunction with focusing our resources toward this new weekly offering, JCP’s publication schedule for full issues will shift to a bimonthly one beginning with the July/August issue. Each issue, in print and online, will offer new features and articles to help you make informed decisions when treating patients.

We hope you enjoy reading this issue of JCP and that you’ ll take advantage of all PSYCHIATRIST.COM has to offer.
