Laura Marsh, MD, is affiliated with the Mental Health Care Line at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center and the Beth K. and Stuart C. Yudofsky Division of Neuropsychiatry at the Menninger Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, as well as the Department of Neurology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Marsh has published research on clinical topics including posttraumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorders, and sleep.
