Laura Marsh, MD, is affiliated with the Mental Health Care Line at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center and the Beth K. and Stuart C. Yudofsky Division of Neuropsychiatry at the Menninger Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, as well as the Department of Neurology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Marsh has published research on clinical topics including posttraumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorders, and sleep. Her work encompasses studies on the use of pimavanserin for insomnia in veterans with PTSD and the impact of schizophrenia diagnosis on clinical practice decisions. She has collaborated frequently with Amir Sharafkhaneh, Christina M. Reaves, Dinesh Mittal, Greer Sullivan, and Gursimrat Bhatti.
