Sir: To the best of our knowledge, only 1 case has been reported in the literature of diabetes and pancreatitis associated with the use of ziprasidone.1 This report describes a case of diabetes mellitus in a patient treated with ziprasidone. Case report. Mr. A, a 36-year-old Spanish man, had a DSM-IV diagnosis of schizophrenia paranoid type, first diagnosed in 1986.’ ‹
