Michael M. Halassa, MD, PhD, is Professor and Director of Translational Research in the Department of Neuroscience and Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Tufts University School of Medicine. His publications focus on schizophrenia, schizoaffective, and other psychotic disorders, with particular attention to the clinical use and implementation of Xanomeline-Trospium. He has contributed to articles on early inpatient use, algorithmic psychiatry development, and consensus reports on real-world treatment applications. Frequent collaborators include Ben Everett, Erin C. Crown, Ilan Melnick, and Manish Zinzuvadia.
