Sir: Somatization is a psychological process whereby psychological distress is expressed in the form of somatic symptoms. 1 Conversion disorder is a type of somatization that presents with signs and symptoms limited to the central nervous system.2 Despite the substantial literature, the exact etiology of conversion disorder is still controversial.​
