J. Don Richardson, MD, FRCPC, is affiliated with the MacDonald Franklin OSI Research and Innovation Centre at Lawson Health Research Institute, the Department of Psychiatry at Western University, the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences at McMaster University, and St. Joseph’s OSI Clinic. Richardson has published extensively on posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), psychotherapy, and issues affecting veterans and military populations. His work includes studies on treatment outcomes, health-related quality of life, and healthcare utilization among combat and peacekeeping veterans with military-related PTSD.
