Jack Tsai, PhD, is affiliated with the Department of Psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine, the Department of Management, Policy and Community Health at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, and the National Center on Homelessness Among Veterans at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
