James M. Youakim, MD, has published research focused on the treatment of major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia/schizoaffective disorders. His work includes clinical studies on adjunctive therapies such as brexpiprazole and armodafinil for patients with inadequate response to standard antidepressants and cognitive deficits associated with schizophrenia.
