About
Nancy J. Keuthen, PhD, has published extensively on impulse-control disorders, particularly trichotillomania and related conditions, as well as major depressive disorder. Her work explores phenomenology, treatment modalities, clinical characteristics, and comorbidities associated with these disorders. Between 1996 and 2006, Keuthen contributed to studies on behavioral and pharmacological interventions, longitudinal treatment outcomes, and the development of depression during smoking cessation. She has frequently collaborated with Michael A. Jenike, Darin D. Dougherty, Lee Baer, Thilo Deckersbach, and Amy E. Forker.
