Takashi Seki, MD, PhD, has published research focused on the use of the traditional Chinese herbal medicine Yi-Gan San in the treatment of neuropsychiatric symptoms associated with dementia, particularly dementia with Lewy bodies. The work explores effects on cholinesterase inhibitor-resistant visual hallucinations, behavioral and psychological symptoms, and activities of daily living in dementia patients.
