Letter to the Editor

Sir: We report a case of koro in a non-Asian patient that was treated with the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) citalopram. Although reports of koro treatment with clomipramine exist, this is, to our knowledge, the first report of koro treated with an SSRI.
