Angela Favaro, MD, PhD, is affiliated with the Department of Neuroscience and the Padova Neuroscience Center at the University of Padova, as well as Padua University Hospital in Italy. Her research, published between 2007 and 2022, covers clinical topics including eating disorders, schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorders, cardiology, and women's mental health. Favaro has contributed to studies on QTc prolongation in psychiatric hospitalization, psychosis related to COVID-19 quarantine, age trends in anorexia and bulimia nervosa onset, and self-injurious behaviors among young women.
