Tzeng-Ji Chen, MD, PhD, is affiliated with the Department of Family Medicine at Taipei Veterans General Hospital in Taipei and Hsinchu, as well as the Institute of Hospital and Health Care Administration at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University in Taipei, Taiwan.
