The Mental Health Quality Forum, a 2-meeting multidisciplinary panel, was held in March and June 2013 to identify problems and opportunities in the management of serious mental illness. In the first meeting, participants from a range of mental health care—related backgrounds identified components of quality care and the key issues that cause delivery of that care to be suboptimal.
