Sir: There have been several reports indicating that serotoninselective reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) can produce worthwhileimprovement in migraine treatment or prophylaxis. In particular,fluoxetine and fluvoxamine have been useful in prevention,and paroxetine has been effective in the treatment ofchronic daily headache.
