Priapism in a Patient Taking Sertraline

Sir: Most discussion of male sexual dysfunction secondary to selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) centers on decreased function. We report here on a case of priapism in a patient taking sertraline, 200 mg/day.
