To the Editor: We present the case of a patient who experienced panic attacks associated with a rash. To our knowledge, there is one case series associating idiopathic urticaria with panic disorder, and in that case, the patient’s urticaria and anxiety responded to either fluoxetine or sertraline.

Case report. Ms A is a 32-year-old woman with a history of generalized anxiety disorder and bipolar I disorder.
