Sir: Somatization is a psychological process whereby psychologicaldistress is expressed in the form of somatic symptoms.1 Conversion disorder is a type of somatization thatpresents with signs and symptoms limited to the central nervoussystem.2 Despite the substantial literature, the exact etiology ofconversion disorder is still controversial.
